Default Everyone Weigh in 03/14/08
It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 175.5, down 1.5 pounds from last week. The biggest drop that I've had in a long, long time, and I hope that it won't be that long till it happens again. Recent I saw a post on the 3 Fat Chicks forums where some said something to effect of "People who go off their diets on the weekends are called maintainers", and it struck a cord. I have been doing that, and I have been maintaining for quite a while. Well, no more. I will be seeing the 160's for the first time in 20 years, and I will be seeing them soon.

129 and I'm feelin' fine!

Last week I was 130. I haven't seen the 120's in 3 years! So very excited! Must be very careful not to go back up, I want to be DONE with the 130's.

172!! that's down three pounds from last week and my biggest drop in a long time. I was VERY busy with work and busting my rear end though, so i'm chalking it up to stress. it's not quite normal for me.

Hello all! I was 168 last week, today I am 165!! WOO HOO! I have also lost 6" total this past week!! 20 more pounds and many more inches to go!! Everyone is doing a great job! Keep up the Great Work!!!!

Just joined this site a few days ago. I think I was 169.5 lbs the day I signed up and although I lost weight when I first started, we went out to eat last night and I gained it all back! Hopefully tomorrow it will be down again but I still have to say today that I am agian 169.5.

My ultimate goal is 130...short-term goal is 145.
