I feel pretty... Oh So PRETTY...
:carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot:
I'm soooo happy right now! After much weighting and a lot of anxiety *takes a deep breath* I FINALLY moved past 185lb and am now a very happy 184lb. I'm sure you're all wondering "wow? Whats the big deal?" well let me tell you! The big deal is - is that I can always make it to 185 but I can't make it past 185 and so I'm a very very very very very happy duck indeeeed!! I was nervous all week, wondering whether I was going to start sabotaging myself. Especially because on Saturday I had a very naughty day (the husband came up to see me, and when he comes he brings the 10 fat-filled plagues with him lol). :hug: To everyone! And now, I'm feeling all yummy and prettiful!! Yaaay! lol, i'll stop acting like a kid now. Have a great day guys(and girls of course)!! |
That's AWESOME moving past a mile stone like that! Congratulations!!!!! :D
|
thank you so much faerie :hug: it's much appreciated!!

Reading your post has really done alot for me this morning. I've never been below 200. I have lost the same 40 lbs 3 times! I see myself getting close and something triggers inside me. I'm fighting it. When I seen your post I really hit home that I AM Going to do it! Many congrats and thanks for a very inspiring post!!!

That is awesome!:carrot::hug:
One thing I've learned from 3FC's is to set mini goals and celebrate ALL of my accomplishments, not just focus on the end result. You've inspired me today...thank you. |
Oh seranab, I'm SOOO happy for you. The excitement just oozes out of your post. Congratulations!
:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2: |
:yay:

That's wonderful news!! Congrats!

Congratulations! Nothing is more motivating than seeing the weight go down.
|
Congrats!!! Darn plateaus, but they CAN be beat!

I wonder if most folks don't have a # that they just have a harder time getting past. I know I do -- 157. It's what I weighed after each of my kids was born. It was always my 'starting point' after they were born. I've gotten there twice b/4 but always missed an 'xx loss by xx date' goal and gave up and ate all the wt back. Once I did get down to 152 or so, but only briefly. Gained a lb or 2 and just ballooned up from there.
Congrats on breaking through your #. It's all downscale from here! :D |
Yea for you! It's amazing to reach those turning points! Hold onto that feeling - you deserve it!
|
Congratulations!!! I am nearing my own line... I haven't been into the 140s in years. I have tried numerous times and got within a pound or two and then started gaining again. You have inspired me... you have convinced me that soon, very soon, I will bust through that invisible wall. Thank you!!! And congrats again! :) P.S. I love your avatar. That woman in the picture has such pretty eyes, and it catches my attention every time I see one of your posts.

I studied photography for two years and just love it.
