Hi everyone! I'm new to this board. Not sure what I am supposed to do? I like your topics for the days. I'm a soon to be 40 year old woman who dosnt want to weigh this much. I have been following WW points for a bit now and is working wonders for me. I notice that at the end of some messages there are numbers I'm not sure but are they weights? Have to get back to work here ... ttyl....

Welcome to 3 Fat Chics! You've come to the right place for advice, motivation and support for your weightloss efforts. Many of us are on WW, many are on other programs. It really doesn't matter here, everyone is accepted and supported.

My best advice is to look over some of the threads and see which one suits you. Then just jump in and say 'hi'. I promise you will be welcomed with open arms.

The numbers at the bottom of some posts are:
the weight you started at/the weight you are/the weight you want to be
Some folks post it, some don't. It's up to you.
