I have several reusable lunch items too, and I use them for me DD and DH, but if someone is using disposables already, I think it's good to reuse.

Ahh the Lean Cuisine debate....my 2¢. I ate them (or Smart Ones or Healthy Choice) for lunch every day for years. While they aren't the healthiest thing in the world...they are better than veding machine or fast food. I stopped buying them a while back partly because I was kind of "over" them...partly in an effort to eat more whole foods. I say if they work for you - go for it. Learning portion control is important...I add a big ol salad on the side to fill me up.

I agree with the others. First and foremost get the weight off. Whatever it takes to do that do it. You can tweak your food later.
