My first week too. I'm 180
, and I've been a good girl for more than ten days now... But I'm keeping my chin up. I consume above 1200 calories a day, small meals throughout the day, lots of water and I have regular bowel movement, which was not typical when I was fisrt loosing weight, mainly because I used a much more restrictive method. Look at me, going on and on. I'm 180. I hope to be hapier next week.
