Fantastic feedback, wonderful women! Thanks to all. This plan was given to me by a nutritionist (or so she said, it was in a weight control centre that opened in my country short time ago) (!) so i was a bit shocked when i read your replies. It truly felt like very little food...
and i guess yeah, the "combo" as Mandalin called it, is a bit tough... perhaps it's just I'm fed up with carrying all these extra bits all over my body. the smoking bit is great though, my system of course is cleansing itself, and i can really feel it, and my lungs are jumping around very happy to be let alone. I will try to find a calorie book here, thanks for the idea. and this is definitely happening: "Try the 1/2 decaf that was suggested - and a little less sugar. Then slowly eliminate the sugar and then the caffeine."... doesn't sound that hard to do... and since i usually have coffee and fag at the same time, no fags should equal no coffee, i mean, eventually, right? and yeah, i will try to find a doctor or someone else to guide me instead |
