Things I know...

  • *SIGH* I'm a little in the dumps today . Today is my weigh-in day and I am up 2.6lbs however...

    I KNOW I didn't "cheat" all week
    I KNOW I exercised everyday
    I KNOW I drank all my water

    Therefore...

    I KNOW I haven't failed
    I KNOW I'm improving my health
    I KNOW the only option is to keep going

    Onward an Upward!! (well preferably downward )
  • That is definitely the right attitude. I've had the same problem lately. Staying 100% on plan, getting plenty of exercise and none to minimal wt. loss or a small gain. I'm not giving up though. I know I'm doing all I can and the weight will eventually come off. I keep telling myself that I'm toning my body and that it looks better even if the scale is being ugly to me.

  • Thanks for the replies gals It's nice to feel like you're not alone in this battle I'm still pretty bummed especially since it's only week 6 for me, but I'll get over it . A gain use to be an excuse to throw the towel in, but not this time!! Thanks again .
