I want to start by saying that a week at the same weight is not that long at all! Weight loss is a process, and you have to be in for the long haul

I'd say that now might be a good time to determine what type of a weight loss plan you want to have. Calorie Counting? Weight Watchers? Something else? Having this plan will help you stay on track and reach your goal, as well as helping you to stay there once you reach it!
