new goal
A year and a half ago, I lost about 30 pounds. I've mainly kept it off, except for a little holiday pudge.
Now, I'm thinking about getting leaner and going below 140 pounds. I'm planning to be more careful about more food choices (less sugar) and to run more. |

Have you thought about adding weight training? It does wonders as far as getting leaner goes. |
I've done a bit of weight training, but haven't really kept at it. I think you're right that I should include some. Any tips?
