I was thinking yesterday about what the latest motivational speakers are all saying and that's if you can think something today it will affect your future.....well if that is true than what I put in my body today will affect my future also. It can line me up potentially with obesity, diabetes, early heart disease or vitality, sveltyness :) and clear thinking. It has only taken me 30 years to think this......

Yep, it can affect your future... but your future will be affected just as much by *healthy* choices that you will be making. :)

Nightengale: That's what I mean!! whatever I put in my body today affects my future - and it makes sense to me now - and the choice is clear - I want the vitality and all the good vibrations that food brings.....
