I am now up to 5lbs lost since I started lifting weights. I was so excited!:carrot: This site has really helped me. I really wish I could step out of the shower and not wiggle and jiggle, that is what really makes me want to lose weight is because I hate the site of fat giggling. Any way... I was happy I have made it this far:dizzy:
