My first scale victory!

This morning I weighed in for the first time since I've started my weight loss journey and I lost 8 pounds! I am soooo excited! :carrot: I've never lost weight before, only gained and gained, so this is a good day for me!
Now if only I can stay on plan today... already had a donut! :o

A donut won't kill you if you eat small amounts of good food for the rest of the day. Keep up the good work! You already lost 8 pounds, so that proves you can do it!

Now why did you go and eat that donut? ;)

Hang in there, PurdueGal, you're doing great! Stay away from round sugary objects!

:cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Way to go! I've also lost 8 pounds so I know how you feel. Now that you at the donut you need to stay on track. Don't let the rest of the day go down the drain due to one thing. Keep up the good work.

Congratulations! I can't wait until I'm up to 8 pounds lost! Keep up the great work. Forget about the donut. What's done is done, you can't take it back, so focus your energy on making great decisions tomorrow! :carrot:

Congratulations PurdieGurl! Eight pounds is a great reason to celebrate.

Also, I think it's great that you've been working hard and getting healthy without having to weigh in. I've heard that it's a great way to go and helps to stay motivated and not get let down by normal and frequent weight fluctuations. Good for you!
