It's the first 3FC general weigh in of the new year! Will we all have something to celebrate this coming year? Post here and share how it is going. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 175.5, down 2 pounds from last week. Finally, back in the 170's where I belong. I've gone back to counting calories and logging my food. I'm making a real effort this year to finally lose these stubborn last 40. And I know I'm going to make good headway.

Yay Tealeaf!!!! Congrats!!!

I don't remember what i reported on Friday of last week...but since Monday of this week...I am slowly dropping back down. I was 138 this morning!!! Only 2 pounds away from that low 136 I reported about 2 weeks ago, I think it was. Yay!!! I was a little bad last night and had some ice cream after dinner. I don't know why I did it...but i did. But today....I am back on plan. (I guess 1450 calories isn't too bad...but i like to stay somewhere around 1200).

Hope everyone else is seeing a good weight this first friday of the new year!!!

I am at 204 which is 2 pounds down from last weeek. Still have 4 to go until I have caught up to where I was before the holidays though.

Okay all... I have been struggling lately, not so much the holiday stuff, but just my own inner food demons. I don't know what is medication, stress, mood, or what, but I have been struggling with controlled eating. This last week hasn't been good with my structured exercise either which doesn't help but I have been helping my DD take care of a neighbors dog and that has been keeping me somewhat active. This morning my weigh in was 159.5 but to be honest I hadn't gone to the bathroom yet (sorry if TMI) and I had has some coffee already by the time I could make it to the scale, not my usual routine. So, I feel okay about it anyway...I am just doing the best I can right now trying to keep my head above water... DH has an MRI today and we won't find out the results until next week so I feel pretty glad I am not diving headfirst into chocolate about now.... Everyone else seems to be doing great!!! Congrats all you Losers!!! :)

I can not post a lost this week. I will work hard on next week. I am tryin to get off all the sugar I have gotton so use to.....and getting in more water...gug I hate water.....Well heres to next week..(drinks water)

started out the year at 163. I gained 4 pounds over the Christmas Holidays.
I knew that was a given because we ate at all our fav restaurants in Texas that we do not have in Washington State. Yesterday started back on my diet.

It's been awhile since I've been at the weekly weigh in thread. I sort of got off track for awhile but I got back on track Jan. 1st and am happy to report a 1 lb. loss this week (water I'm sure) but I'll take it.

Well I have finally gotten back into the exercise and counting after my maintain break. I did great on my maintaining tho no gains. I was still roughly counting calories but was not strict. Now I am watching this more closely but I do not log anymore. I just got a new WATP DVD but I am still trying to figure out how to log it just so I know what I burn doing that one. But the weight is coming off easily again. I am down to 127.5 but I can only log whole numbers so I just go with 127.

Um last week was 80kg, this week I'm 75.4kg so loss of 10.12lbs :?: Thing is I think that's right too as my weight has dropping like a bomb all week and I'm not doing anything stupid since getting back on track - in fact I've added two snacks into my day of protein and I'm drinking the water I should which I wasn't before. I'm perplexed to say the last... my 'high' of 80kg (I regained during nov/dec to get to that) wasn't a false reading either as I was that for some time... Perplexing... but happy. Won't be surprised if don't lose next week!
