My condolences for your uncle. I'm a note taker, too! I either put things in my notebook, or in Fitday. Usually Fitday wins! Have you tried it? It's handy, and free!

Tomorrow, I will have oatmeal and a banana for breakfast. An apple and some seeds/nuts for a snack. Probably go out for lunch to Sizzler where I will eat the salad bar. Another snack and dinner will be left-overs which are still including ham, which makes me retain water, big-time. It is yummy, though and very lean.

My plan for 1/3/08 is to go to grocery store at lunch and pick up some chicken breast that are already cooked by frozen and maybe a frozen veggie to go with it.

Lunch will be chicken breast and veggie
snack will be a banana and maybe a yogurt
Dinner will be a chicken breast and veggie
Water intake will be 64 ounces
(maybe go to gym and do 30 minutes on treadmill)

My plan for tomorrow will be:
Breakfast- egg whites scrambled with low fat cheese
Snack- banana
Lunch- a grilled chicken salad with honey mustard dressing
Snack- yogurt
Dinner- grilled shrimp and maybe a salad with vinegerette dressing.
Water will be 64 ounces (if not more)
Also...have gym class tomorrow night.

Breakfast - fruit smoothie (yum!)
lunch - figure out something to make with leftover couscous. Couscous salad? Couscous and broccoli stir fry? Chicken-noodle-couscous soup without the noodles?
dinner - Del Taco Mexican Caesar salad. Double yum! Have you tried those? OMG, I love that.

Exercise - go to the park and walk twice around the lake

BTW, did I mention one of my new years resolutions is to visit this chat board every morning? You all inspire me! Thank you!!

For breakfast I had a hard boiled egg and a slice of cheddar. Amazingly, day 2 on Atkins, I'm still not hungry. I need to find a way to pack in some more calories though....

I did my 10 minute DDR workout.

For lunch I may end up with a a McDs ceasar salad, although I don't know if I'll be able to choke it down. Salad has been quite unappealing lately. I'll have to skip my second DDR workout in favor of the grocery store.

For dinner I'll be roasting a chicken, with whatever veggies I pick up at the grocer...Then onto a TJ video...

PS : I WANT POTATOES!!!
