Good for you, bojooki!

I am stuck at the same weight, yet again. Grrrrr. But, I'm not gaining at least!

Wow, I'm proud of everybody! It sounds like nobody's letting the holidays send them off the rails. Except for me haha! I'm up 1.5 lbs from my ticker. I gotta get back on track. These time of year is a like a minefield of calories.

This morning is the second time I weighed in at 130.8. Oh for the past month month and a half I have been weighing in around 131-132 so I am down a little. Not that I am really trying to go lower.

Down 2 lbs. -- 193. I want to see big numbers, but since I'm living a normal life and am not on the biggest loser, I guess I won't see 10 or 15 pound numbers!

BTW, those big loss numbers you see each episode on Biggest Loser are not really for 1 week's time...

I weighed in a few days ago at 152. Which is down I think 2 pounds from the last time I weighed in. =] Always good news, and always better than gaining.

And I didn't know it was longer than a week between the Biggest Loser weigh-ins, Jay! Really?

Hey leanmoomercows,

I had read that the weigh-ins are actually spaced out, even though the episodes are run weekly. And, that they are at the ranch longer than what it seems on the basis of weekly episodes. So the contestants do lose weight, but not the huge amounts per week that it seems.

If you listen to the show, they always say "At your last weigh-in, you weighed XXX..." not "Last week you weighed XXX..."

I can't confirm that this is true, though--I can't find the website anymore. But it's always good to take "reality TV" with a grain of salt.
