Lost 1.2 yesterday--too much too soon?
Well, I do love taking off the weight, but I'm losing more that 1-2 lbs per week. It's been about 6 lbs in 12 days. So I suppose I should adjust the food plan and eat a bit more? Or just continue as I have? I've been staying around 1400-2,000 per day, and I power walk 3-4 days per week. Also, how often do people weight themselves? I'm getting over focused on the day to day weight, I think, so I may switch to bi-weekly weighing in. If this is the wrong place to post these questions...sorry in advance, I'm a bit new here.
