im up 2 pounds, how did this happen...im so shattered...id been doing so well all week, id lost a pound and then 2 nights ago i binged...so now im paying the price...all my hard work is un done. i feel like giving up!

I've had so many ups and downs it isn't even funny. Just as long as you are taking more steps forward than backwards you will be making progress. Maybe not as fast as you had hoped, but progress nonetheless. You don't fail until you give up.
