Hello everyone!
Just thought I would drop in to let you know that I am feeling better. I had a good report from both of my doctors yesterday, my cholestrol is a little on the high side, by one point, but the good chol. is also high, so that is great! All my insulin and glocose was right on target! I am so pleased with those numbers! I have PCOS so, that insulin being in a normal range was really great. I am down like 7 1/2 lbs form 6wks ago when the doctor sawme last. He was all excited about that! I have stuck to Sugar Busters pretty closely. I have straid a few times, but with the support of you guys praying and cheering me on, how could I fail???????????????

Where is the prayer list that you are talking about? I have not found it, I guess I am blind!

I will add this here and then can put it on the list once I find it

pray that-
I will be able to get pregant again
I will continue to lose weight and stay dedicated to excercise
my husband has started school again to get his teaching degree, pray that he will be able to pass and study with flying colors.
and that he will accepeted into the accredation program with the state of Texas so that he can get a job as a teacher!

Zoe: You too! You seem to be on the right track! WTG!! I'm sure that you can take quilting classes. That's what I did and I loved it. This is my 4th quilt. I find it so relaxing.

Ginny: I'll be praying for you about your Bible study situation. I know how you feel. Maybe you're there for a reason?

I'm home today and hope to get caught up on a few things. this place is a mess and I need to get tidying up. I got the dishes finished this am so the kitchen looks much better. Now off to the rest of the house.

Hello friends.....I am sick, almost 104 fever!! Went to the emergency room since my doc is on vacation this week. I have a touch of bronchitus and the fever has now broken. Wow, 104!! That made me nervous but I asked God to be with me and He was.

Sorry I am not addressing anyone, just wanted to come in and let y'all now I'll be off for a day or so.

Pravda- WTG on your good blood test and weight loss. That is great news from your doctors.

Zoe- rest and allow the Lord to heal you. I am glad that you got yourself checked out and know that it is bronchitis (as opposed to pneumonia.........). I will keep you in prayer.

Wilma- I really appreciate your honesty that you have felt this way too. ( I was feeling as though there was something wrong with me when I posted). Hope that you can get some good quilting time in this weekend. Has the cold streak broken so that you can get out?

We had a busy day. I managed to get a quick walk in- but my eating was bad (not awful, but not very good either). I have to make a focused effort tomorrow to get back on program.

I have been feeling really down. I am under a lot of stress at work and wondering how I got myself into this? And since they changed my blood pressure meds I am sooooo tired! If this doesn't change they are going to have to change it again. The puppies are growing and they are so cute! they are learning to walk and there eyes are starting to open. And when they sleep they let out little barks!!!

Pravda-I will keep you in my prayers You keep up the good work!

Ginny-I will pray for you that God will reveal to you what his will is for you. Do you have a friend in the study group that you are friends with outside the group? I know this is hard to feel like your on the outside looking in (that is how I feel at work)

Zoe-Take Care of yourself I will be lifting you in prayer. Wow 104 I would have been scared too!

Wilma12-When you are done at your place you can come here I could use your help. I feel like all I do is clean clean clean! I hd to clean the carpet yesterday because the chihuahua my DD went and bought at the pet store (paid 850.00) after I told her not to bring another pet in this house keeps going potty on my livingroom and dinningroom floor and do you think my DD cleans it up? After cleaning the carpet the stupid dog gets through the gate and does it again!!! I had to reclean the carpet again!
