I don't have a hard time with food when it gets cooler, but the lessening day light makes getting up in the am for the gym (only time that really works for me) really tough. I just don't want to get up when it's dark out. I've seen alarm clock/lamps that are supposed to simulate daylight. Anyone know if they work? I'm doing ok now, but winter gets really tough. I'm thinking of moving the exercise bike into the living room so I can do that while watching tv.
