I know im just started but with SIMPLE eating changes not even EXERCISE CHANGES!
Ive gone from 165 to 157, in a matter of days. Grapes and carrots are the difference. I even had cupcake and rootbeer float and beef steak for dinner a couple of those days.
The fruit really kick your metabolism.
So thanks everyone for your help!
I wanna lose down to 145 for sure, which is just BARLY over, maybe 140 or 135 in the long run and keep it there.
