Hey again,
Yes, you can stand to lose some pounds. But it's good to do it in a healthy way, and while you're young!
Your daily meals seem a bit sketchy--and one thing that can help is to have a better idea of exactly what you're eating. For example, "a snack" can mean just about anything. When trying to lose weight, you need to know what your best choices are for a snack--or any other meal.
Of course, I'm not a nutritionist or doctor--we're all just folks like you here, trying to lose weight. So, you might want to see if your family physician has any ideas. We give suggestions, but take them with a grain of salt.
Just not eating is the wrong way to go about it.

What works better is to plan your meals and know how much nutrients and calories you're eating. For example, look at the Nutrition Panel on the package of the cereal you eat. That tells you all about the calories, fats, carbohydrates, proteins, and most important, the Serving Size.
Here's what a typical breakfast might look like. I'm just making this up, but I am looking up the calories with FitDay. This is not a dietary recommendation, it's just an example.
cereal, 1 svg, 140 cals
1/2 cup 1% milk, 50 cals
1/2 banana, 60 cals
1/2 peach, 22 cals
So that's a total of 272 calories, which is good for a weight loss plan. In fact, you could even go a little higher.
The first thing I would suggest you do is start a food journal--just in a notebook that you carry with you--and write down exactly what you eat in a day and how many calories are in what you eat. This isn't to change anything, it's just to find out what's what. That's a good starting point.
