Hello everyone! I hope everyone's day is going well. The past two days have been stressful to me. Family problems as well as personal problems have reared their evil heads.
But it has not been reflected in my eating habits. I've not gone over 1000 cal in five days now. But I think I'm at a stall. I'm stuck at 137. Does anyone know what I can do to break it? I'm drinking 10-12 glasses of water a day and eating right. I just don't know what to do.
Maggie- congrats on such a great loss!!! That's so wonderful. What diet plan are you on? Is it low-cal? What do you mean by a high-low program??
