Oh, I agree! I know even at 136 I will be carrying some extras that I definitely shouldn't! But just like wanting to see a smaller number on the scale, even if your measurements are shrinking, I like to see a smaller number on that BMI chart as well, even if my weight is dropping

I tried all the unhealthy ways and thought this "healthy eating" was all mumbo jumbo "eat more and lose", HAH, are you kidding? They weren't
