Back in the saddle again!
Hi all! I missed having everyone to 'talk' to!
I spent the summer off plan and have managed to lose a few more pounds. I really was happy to see I could eat normally and maintain, just keeping my no-no's to a minimum. But now I'm tired of this weight and am ready to lose again. I have very few clothes to wear as I don't want to spend much on transitional clothes. And I figure if I don't go ahead and get the weight loss done, I'm gonna be wearing the same five outfits to work for a year! I sold all my large clothes at a huge yard sale this summer and bought very little new. I did manage to take in a few pairs of pants but I don't have the skill to make them look right. Anyway, I figured the best way back was to start up with fitday again and plan tomorrow's menu. There's no place like 3FC! |
welcome back!
