you prob just gained a lot of muscle and muscle weighs more than fat if im not mistake. you should check compare youre measurements... dont give up!

And now a note from the Science Geek:
A pound of muscle and a pound of fat weight exactly the same. However, a pound of fat takes up more space than a pound of muscle. So the better way to put this is, muscle is more dense than fat. So, you could lose fat and gain muscle, weigh the same, but have smaller measurements. And that's our message for today! :D Jay |
