Back on the border

So checked my weight again and my weight is 180lbs. just one more pound to get to the 70s. I have been 180lbs before but ive nevvver gotten below it. today on the scales is flickered between 179/180 and then settled on 180. So i think ill update my ticker and then wait until saturday before i weigh myself again. i soooo wanna be in the 70s

Make sure you celebrate getting into the 170's when you do! I usually buy new songs for my iPod, or something I've been wanting for a while. I don't reward myself with food, though! :no: :)
