Silly Question - Any change is good, right?

My scale is broken (probably a good thing for me) so I've been measuring instead.

My changes for the the last two weeks were : .5 in on my hips, 1.5 in on my bust, GAINED 1 inch on my biceps (I think it's because I've been doing so many pushups/weight lifting). My BF% dropped a point.

This is a loss, but it doesn't feel like it. I want MORE and this is where I start to get depressed. In all honesty, I wasn't pushing myself as hard as I could have in the exercise department. I got the fluidity bar, but the only time I can use it is when my girls are watching cartoons - meaning I had to remember as much of the video as possible!

So, those with much experience, is this an OK loss for 12 days? I need to self-validate to keep my motivation up.

YES, this is an excellent loss for 12 days! :) I usually take my measurements once per month, and I rarely see more than an inch on any measurement, and only about 1% in body fat, if that. So, congratulations!

I'd love to lose half an inch every two weeks. I only manage about half an inch each month!!! I think you must be doing great!! the real idea in weightloss anyways is to get smaller...not necessarily drop numbers. I think you must be doing great. keep up the good job!!
