I wish the scale would move.
Over the past 14 months I lost 43 pounds and lost some body fat and 4 sizes in clothes. I also go to the gym 4 days a week. The problem I am having is. I have not really lost much weight in months. I did loose 1 in a half pounds last week
and a pound of body fat. This week I gained a pound but lost some body fat. So many people are telling how great I am looking. I just wish the scale would go down. I feel lighter |
68 pounds.
