I just started around the 1st of the year. I was 290 now I'm down 13 pounds as of today. 277! Pretty excited. I made up my own healthy protein shake and replace two meals a day. It keeps me full for 5-6 hours and I have a lot of energy, no jitters or shakes just positive energy. I'm not perfect. I mess up a lot. I cheat at least 2-3 times a week but I keep trying. And I don't workout. But I am way more encouraged to workout, if I can lose 13 pounds with no exercise imagine how well i can do with exercise.
I know its tough but don't let the number on the scale dictate how you feel about yourself. Health is the overall goal and you'll get there! Stay strong and positive!
Over the past 14 months I lost 43 pounds and lost some body fat and 4 sizes in clothes. I also go to the gym 4 days a week. The problem I am having is. I have not really lost much weight in months. I did loose 1 in a half pounds last week
and a pound of body fat. This week I gained a pound but lost some body fat. So many people are telling how great I am looking. I just wish the scale would go down. I feel lighter.
