Oh, I feel your pain... I had a nice 15 pound loss and then... nothing... for around three weeks. I had no idea why that was happening, since I was doing all the "right" things - exercising at least an hour on most days, eating 1,500-1,700 calories a day, and mostly watching what I put in my mouth...
what I did to get things going again was reduce my calories further - instead of having a 1,600 calorie average, I adjusted to a 1,300-1,400 calorie average. the pounds started dropping again!

Maybe you should try the same. if that doesn't work, be patient. Eventually, your body will have to match the care you're taking
