Good Mornin

  • Well I said I'd post it ......133lbs this morning. I gotta say it feels good. But I think I had over calculated my goal of losing 30 lbs, actually closer to 20 lbs off. I got a little helper to jump your metabolism , eat an egg for breakfast (hard boiled is best) it gives your metabolism a little kick start. Hope it is helpful to someone. Well I'm still looking to hear from one of you wth a low cal low fat die to follow thanks so much gals!!!!!! Misty
