I could soooo totally eat like 4 bananas ESPECIALLY if they've been in the fridge and are nice and cold. Talk about dessert!!! YUM! :yes:

At least they ARE good for you and just happen to have a higher calorie content and sugar. I mean...better to eat a banana than banana cream pie!

Banana cream pie? Try the Jello sugar free banana pudding with chocolate topping. Tastes like a banana split! :drool:

I agree that when you start working on sometimes your body holds onto more water with the sudden shock it gets. Something about holding water while it repairs muscle. Likely you'll see a sudden drop in a few weeks. When I weight train I seem to have less "steady" losses and more 0 one week 2 the next etc.

Like the others said record your food and that means everything even a bite of something. No you don't have to do it forever but until your aware of what your putting in your body its one of the best best things you can do.

If all else fails yes lower the calorie level and see how the body reacts.

Dear buddy, it is a bit strange to know from you that you have gained weight instead of losing it. To me, it sounds impossible, as you have discarded all fatty foods from diet. Anyways, my suggestion will be a little patient and do check your weight after at least 1 month. Then surely you will see the results.
