I've been dieting and exercising for about 2 weeks now. When I weigh myself everyday (I know you're only supposed to once a week, but I can't help it

), one day my weight will be 5 pounds lighter and the next day it will be 4 pounds heavier. Does this happen to anyone else??? And is this just the dreaded water weight or is my body just acting weird to diet and exercise? lol

It is verrryyy aggravating b/c I'll finally start to think my dieting is working, and then I'm right back to where I started
