Courtnie - are you really only eating 14.5 points today? Thats not much at all! Also, bananas have a point value of 2 (for a large one). When I select "small" on the eTools it says 1.5.
Good morning ladies! Back from my 10 day trip (11 days really since the airline canceled my flight and made me stay overnight!) and I'm actually down by a little over a pound!

I ate lots of salads and journaled EVERYTHING. Official weigh-in isn't until Saturday. I WAS going to weigh-in this past Saturday, but I ended up being stuck in Chicago because of my canceled flight
