I think most of us ladies have the same routine! Wake up, pee, strip naked then weigh :D Consistency is key. I do this the SAME way every morning--so that I know if I see numbers going down, it's not because I'm wearing something different or didn't have a glass of water beforehand ;)

This morning, I got up and drank some coffee (okay, that probably wasn't helpful to my weighing), did an aerobics video (sweated a lot, that probably helped it) and went to the bathroom. AND I am down a little bit, so that's going to be my method from now on. Do what I have to do, exercise if I'm going to, then weigh. I can use all the help I can get, so I am going to try to sweat as much as possible! haha

EZ: this is reminding me of your thread about the scale not moving (Pity Party thread). Maybe I should incorporate your ideas!
Robin: the other day when I weighed, I took off my watch and weighed in my bra and underwear and I ALMOST took it all off but I was too lazy and just decided that they probably didn't weigh that much. |

I got up...at my age you just never know how long you can hold it or how long it is going to take you to get to the bathroom ;) |
