finally

I lost 2 pounds. After 5 weeks of running, I was gettin a little frustrated. The inches were coming off, but the pounds weren't. This is an awesome present to wake up to - the scale is finally moving in the right direction!

That's great!!!! I know how wonderful it is to see the number on the scale going down. I really need to add in a couple days of running into my workout too. I know running, or jogging as i do, does a lot for toning up your hips, butt, thighs (belly???). You just motivated me to get back to my Thursday, Saturday walk/jogs!!

Congrats and thanks!!!!

Oh good, I'm not alone. I started working out daily a month ago - not running, but cardio - and I still haven't lost a pound. Others say I look like I've toned, but I don't see scale results yet.

Congrats!!

Congratulations on the five weeks of running. Frankly that is a LOT harder to achieve than the two pound loss. Nice going.

Congrats! I can so relate! I hit those plateaus all the time. This month is like now other, although I just got back to working out again and thought the pounds would fly off for some reason. WRONG! Anyway, keep up the good work! I get so excited when I see the numbers go down, be it in pounds or inches. Every little bit counts!!

That is awesome!! Way to go!

trooworld 08-01-2007 02:57 AM

I want to start running outside again. It's way too darn hot here though right now. It's almost not even safe. Thank God for all my videos!

Yea! Congrats on the loss!

Bob Greene say that it can take four to six weeks for your muscles to release the water they retain to help them rebuild after you start a new exercise regimen or increase your exercise. Frustrating, but at least it's coming from an expert.

Hoping those numbers keep going down!
