I suppose i am a little afraid of gaining it back. Seeing as how when i quit working out and started dating my boyfriend, i put back on 7 of the 33 i had lost. But hopefully this time, i'll be a lot more consciouse of how easy it is to put the weight back on and will be more careful about what i eat. I think i too will have to always weigh every week...if not every day, just to be sure. Also, i'll probably always be thinking about how many calories are in everything. But whatever works to keep me from gaining the weight back, that's what i'll be doing. I think i'll always be scared of getting fat again, but what are the other alternatives? not be afraid and let it slip back up on me??? No thank you!!! lol.
