Everything is changing but the scale
Well, I got on the scale yesterday (I am weighing on Sundays), still haven't lost the three pounds gained since starting Pilates and weight training. But, I am feeling great. My trainer tells me that I should not be too concerned with the scale for now (he is seeing major changes in my strength, flexibility and balance). Also, said since I am continuing to build muscle, my body may continue to hang onto water once in a while. His workouts are like nothing I've ever experienced before - and he gives me homework for the days I don't have training. I know this sounds strange, but it's starting to hurt "good," if that makes any sense. Even with the intense workouts, I have had no problems with my rebuilt knees or ankle.
As for the food issue, we were able to arrange for delivery to my office! I'm going on vacation from the 1st through the 8th and will start with the "slimdown" deliveries when I get back.
