I did ok....
I put my food in for the night...turkey dinner at mom's...and I did great. Even without my workout I had over 300 cals to spare. So, give or take a few for not being EXACTLY right on with the potatoes and such I am still ok. And I even had a little bit of everything. I lines my plate on the outside and the whole inside was empty. It looked funny but I only had tiny portions of everything. Oh, and I skipped gravy...but I've never eaten it so that wasn't a big thing.
I WILL do this! I also had 5 liters of water again! I was down to 184.5 when I got home from work. My weigh in Sunday was 184 so I have a couple more pounds to go to make real progress this week. I THINK I CAN I THINK I CAN. :moped: |
Congrats on making it through dinner and coming out alive! You seem to have a really healthy perspective on things.

Good for you! You're learning that it is possible to stay on plan and still eat with others! :D

Way to go! Eating out / with family is always hard, but we learn slowly but surely dont we :D

Yay! I'm glad you were able to deal with the family dinner - learning how to eat in various social situations is one of those reallllllly tough things to figure out, and it sounds like you did a great job with this one!

Awesome job! Keep up the great work, you can do it! :carrot:

Good job!! Eating with family can get tricky sometimes. Especially if they have a lot of foods that are triggers for ruining diets. I'm going to dinner at my family's tonight. I've already told them what I can and cannot eat. Wish me luck.
