Rational fear?!
 

I am about 35 pounds over wieght, which isn't impossible to lose, but i am actually scared of what I will look like after the weight lose. I have some stretch marks on my stomach and hips now and I am afraid that after I lose the weight I will have extra loose skin. Is this a normal fear and is there anything i can do?!

Everybody is different and some people get loose skin easily and some people can lose a lot more than 35 lbs and still have tight skin. A lot of the variation
is genetic, although some environmental things like sun damage or poor
blood circulation or malnutrition can prevent the skin from adjusting
and tightening as much as it would otherwise. I've read about various
claims for skin tightening and everything is bogus except the obvious things
like eat healthy and exercise. Best wishes, Lisa
