Is it possible?
I measure myself every Sunday when I weigh in. Once it starts to slow down I'll only do it once a month but so far I'm very pleased. I am starting week 4 today and according to my measurements I've lost 12 inches throughout my body. I didn't even do my first measurements until I had lost my first 6 pounds so maybe it's even more.
Anyway, is it possible? I am getting the tape in the same spot each time as far as I can tell. It's mostly coming from my "bottom belly" the fattest part of my whole body and my chest. My thighs FINALLY lost and inch and my arms are down 1/2 inch for the first time this week. My other measurements are slowly coming along too. |

I think I enjoy the losses in inches even more than the scale! You are doing fantastic keep going and you will keep suprising yourself!

Aweee good job! I must admit I'm insanely jealous; my stupid body refuses to shrink anymore....my arms and legs never ever get any slimmer. Only my stomach and chest reveal any sort of progress.

Congrats!!! That is awesome!!! I love seeing inches leaving!! I wish I could lose faster from my belly. I think it is mostly all leaving my hips instead of my belly...but okay. I'll take it. Sure wish my thighs would lose more. I have the fattest thighs in the world!!!!! Keep up the good job!!!
