Me: 176.5, up .5 pounds from last week. I'm actually kinda relieved at this, given how sick I had been, I thought most of my previous weight loss had been just water. I definitely do not want to get into the 180 territory again!
I hear ya Tealeaf. I couldn't wait to get to the 180s but now if I see 188 again I might puke! I know there are more numbers in the 180 range than THAT! Besides that, I wanna get into the 170s soon! LOL!

I had only 1 lb losses for two weeks, but this week was 3 lbs! Quite glad about that, though I've had to change my goals for July a bit due to shifting of vacation times and whatnot...
well....i was up a pound last week and it looks like it is holding at the moment. Still up to 155!!! But it's okay. I am sure it is water retention in sore muscles. But i sure can't wait to see it drop back down to my ticker weight and maybe even one below that!!!!
I'm up 0.5 lbs, but I didn't drink my usual minimum of a gallon of water yesterday. But I'm off to the gym and have my meals planned today, so I should be back on track!!

Keep your chin up those who stalled or gained. I stalled on my weigh in on the 29th, but now i am glad to say i am down 3 pounds this week. Whew. Thank you Leslie Sansone. And that loss is with a 4th of july bbq binge in there somewhere.
I'm at 195, up a pound from early last week, but given my vacation in san diego, the holiday, my sister's birthday and all the wine and cheese and eating out I'm pretty dang happy with that!!
I'm back down to 254 today, and my foot is feeling all better, so I'm going to start running again tonight. TOM is here, so I'm just happy that I'm down at all, and hoping that I'll have a lovely loss when my bloating is over... that would be nice.
