Scared into reality
 

Hi all!

I am pmchick; 47, 5'4" and 152-into the overweight range. My dr. called last night and said my cholesterol was elevated and I'm going to see him in the AM to get a diet & then recheck my blood in 3 mo.

I haven't been exercising that much lately-want to try belly dancing but I'm going to take a class in August. Meanwhile, I walk on the treadmill.

I have a very strong sweet tooth and want to get back into my size 10's!

Hi pmchick and welcome to the forum. I hope you will come and chat with us on the Thin Wannabees weekly chit-chat thread. Well, lately it has been very "weakly" - lol, but hopefully it will pick up again. I wish you luck on getting back into your 10's - I think you will do it. Good luck on the belly dancing - I had a chance to do it last year but "chickened out" ... so I just do Curves and walking at our Sportsplex.
