compliment today! :carrot: One of the ladies at work asked if I was losing weight because my face and "middle area" are thinning out. That put me on cloud 9! :carrot:

Then I got home and the scale read 187! :carrot: :carrot: :carrot:

Please Lord let me keep it off! I've been working my tushie off this week!

Way to go girl! I am dying for someone else to notice I am losing besides my Fiancee and my mom..When I tell people I have lost almost 25 lbs they give me that "Yeah Right" look LOL.

Way to Go!!!! Congrats. It does make you feel great and like it is starting to show when someone notices...and it is true. I hate when people would tell me i looked thinner and i actually had gained a couple pounds!!! But when you know you ARE losing and they notice....what an awesome feeling!! Keep up the great work!!!

That is so awesome! It feels so good when someone notices, makes it feel like all the hard work is WORTH it!

Don't you love the non scale victories? The scale ones are awesome too but the genuine compliments mean so much too! Use the positive energy as motivation to keep up the hard work! Yay for you!
