Weighed myself again today.....

And it said I am now down to 155.6 All I can say is wow. And I was wearing the same thing today that I wore 2 days ago to weigh myself. I am so motivated now to keep this up.

I am really excited about this. I assume I lost water weight but weights weight right. And my tummy does not look as big. And my pants feel a little looser.

Thanks for the support everyone. Today I went grocery shopping today. Lots of veggies, fruits, whole grain foods, etc. all kinds of good stuff.
