My total is around 70-75. The board in general is a great means of support and motivation. You can get it from anyone on here :) 3FC has been great for me as far as getting support in the middle of the day when I'm working in an office where people bring in pastries and sugar cookies in the morning (like today)... haha :) |

Thanks for the posts, Kadim & Lori... I know I can get support from anyone here, but there is something to "hanging" with a couple of people who have the same row to hoe as I do, I think.

I have about 70-80 to lose. I'll be thrilled with 70 if I'm super muscled at 133 lbs, which is my previous adult lowest weight.

Looks like there are quite a few of us...so...maybe we should start our own thread. Any suggestions for what we should call it? Do you want to do daily check-ins -- or some other frequency? How about a monthly you-set-your-own challenge?

You can have a thread running anyway you want, but I'd like to suggest a weekly check-in thread just to keep the thread from getting too long. You could call the thread "Weekly check in, 70 to lose, <and Monday's date each week>". You could also have this thread in the Support Groups area if you wanted. It would go under Miscellaneous Groups. Whatever you like! :D Jay |
