159, down 1 lb from last week. (I was 158.5 yesterday, but it wasn't my official day...d'oh...shouldn't have had that salty soup!)

139.6 this morning. Exactly where I was two weeks ago when I started my new goal. Problem is I've been off program too much...Gotta get serious!

I wasn't going to weigh in this week because I have been sick for the last week and eating lots of comfort food but, seeing how I have a bit of OCD I stepped on the scale this morning to find that I am the same old, same old 144 lbs. I'm not really complaining because of the way I ate this week, but I have been at this weight for 2 months. I'm still not feeling 100% but I hope to in the next couple of days and I really need to get back on the ball.

Good luck to those of you who want to get back on program--going slightly astray sucks, but with a weekly weigh-in, at least, it's something we do have a chance of nipping in the bud. :) (Kery: thinking the uber-positive thoughts since 2007 :D)
Surprise, surprise for me this morning, I'm down to 60.9 kgs (134.2 lbs). Must be something like a little over half a pound lost? It seems that my cooking experiments of the past few days weren't as risky as I thought (homemade mini-pizza on pita bread *coughs*). Or maybe I need to thank exercise for that one, I don't know... |
197, down 1.5 lbs. I guess I shouldn't complain.. I know that 1-2 lbs/week is normal, I just want more! hahaha

ok .. i'm new here
but i weight myself yesterday and i was down 3.5 pounds... :D ( I normally weigh myself in kilo's.. but i should start weighing myself in pounds... it sounds alot more ;) ) i hope I can keep up this work.. and lose all the these jelly pounds :) |

Up .8, but I switched from a Saturday morning weigh-in to a Thursday evening weigh-in, so I'm pretty sure that part of that is due to the difference in daytime. I usually weigh more in the afternoon/evening than I do first thing in the morning.
