thank you very much! :) Yes, she is very thin....a size 2 I believe...that's what her wedding dress was anyway. She can't keep up with me when I'm walking. As thin as she is, she's very out of shape. She never excersizes. I've tried to convince her to go to yoga classes with me, but she won't go anywhere without her hubby. :p She would look awesome after some toning...she really has a beautiful figure!

just goes to show that being thin is NOT everything. Keep up the good work, and hopefully you can convince her to work out with you soon.

I aggree whole-heartedly. As much as I am overweight, my blood pressure is always awesome, the nurses are always telling me they wish it was their own. My bad cholesterol has ALWAYS been very low, and my blood sugar is right on target! Now if my knees didn't hate me then I'd say "pshhhh!...I'm fine!" lol. Nahh...I would still want to be fit. I think a lot of people attribute the word fit to thin, when really that is wrong so many times.

Haha I hear ya with your knees. I've injured both of mine (my left one in 8th grade and my right one about 4 years ago dancing), and they're a pain (literally every now and then). My cholesterol was high, and that's what finally was the kick in the pants I needed. High blood pressure runs in my family, but thankfully mine has always been kept in line. Growing up, I used to think fit equaled thin, but then I wised up a little! ;)
