I'm trying to get an idea how much calories, etc my lunch has. The chinese restaurant it came from is not a chain & doesn't have any kind of website.
I chose from their "diet menu" - steamed shrimp & veggies (not eating the rice!) and the veggies are broccoli, snap peas, mushrooms, watercress, carrots... (and those itty bitty things that look like corn....?) Also having a little egg-drop soup.
Help a Chick out, please?


.... I mean, I use FitDay fairly religiously, but it is foods such as this that I HATE fitday, because it's so hard to get it ALL input.... therefore, UGH. 

) and so I always have to guesstimate my calories. Because I'm maintaining, I just try to make smart choices, log the food and not worry too much about the calorie counts.
