Hi all, I'm currently in physical training and I recently experienced a loss of appetite where I found it extremely hard to eat anything because I had almost no desire for anything in my mouth except chewing gum. This isn't normal for me!! And it's driving me nuts!
There's some mac and cheese left in the fridge, which is one of my favorite foods, but the thought of eating it right now is absolutely nauseating! Which foods would I be best off eating without feeling sick when eating it? How would you cure the loss of appetite??

Now I feel embarassed... I guess no one here has a problem losing their appetites! Thanks anyways, ladies.
MAN, I wish I could lose my appetite! I always eventually get hungry
